DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are packed and shipped 24 to 48 hours. The timeframe for packing and shipping may be extended in the event of exceptional affluence, during sales or pre-sales, and may take up to 10 days.  

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, and we cannot commit to a specific delivery time, which may change depending on weather conditions, strikes, etc.), however, standard delivery time is 48 to 72 hours.

LOST OR MISPLACED PACKAGE

ORDER IS SHIPPED BACK TO THE WAREHOUSE

If your order is shipped back to our warehouse, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] ans let us know if you'd like the order be shipped back or a full refund. Refunds are issued within 7 business days. Refund delays are longer during the summer months, up to 15 business days.

CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS

However, if your order has already been shipped, and your ship-to address is located in France, you will receive an email from Colissimo the day before the delivery of your order. You will then be able to select a delivery in a Colissimo access point.
