Orders can be paid for using the following payment methods:

- Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) (not available in the USA)
- Via Paypal for a direct payment or via Paypal Later for a payment in 4 times (possible for a purchase amount between 30 and 2000€)
- Alma, our partner for splitting payments into 3 interest-free installments from 300€ on (not available in the USA)
- Giftcard

To use your credit or gift-card, simply enter the code in the dedicated space in your shopping cart.

If your payment was declined or could not be completed, please place your order using a  different payment method.

Order invoices are available online in your Roseanna account. Simply visit the Order History page, and click on the PDF of your invoice.

If you are shopping from Switzerland, our website will automatically allow you to benefit from VAT exemption.

If you are shopping from the United Kingdom, please send us an email at [email protected] in order to request VAT exemption.
