CREATE AN ACCOUNT

To create a Roseanna account online:

- Click on "My Account" at the top right-hand corner of our home page on your desktop, or at the bottom of the menu from your mobile phone.
- Enter the requested information and confirm.

ORDER HISTORY

Order history can be found online, in the Order History tab.

FORGOTTEN PASSWORD

If you forget your password, you can request a new one online at any time. Follow this link: https://roseanna.fr/fr/fr/connexion?back=index, and click on "Forgot your password?". Then, follow the steps outlined in the emails you receive.

MANAGE ADDRESSES

To create, edit, or delete addresses, simply log into your Roseanna account, and click on the “My addresses” tab.

SUBSCRIBE TO OUR NEWSLETTER

If you’d like to subscribe to our newsletter, log into your Roseanna account, and make sure the “Sign up for our newsletter” box is checked.

If you don't have a Roseanna account, you can sign up here for a sneak preview of our new items.

UNSUBSCRIBE FROM OUR NEWSLETTER

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, simply uncheck the "Sign up for our newsletter" box in your Roseanna account, or click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our newsletters.
