Use this text to share information about your brand with your customers. Describe a product, share announcements, or welcome customers to your store.
To order on our site, you can, directly from the item sheet, add it to your basket, by clicking on the "Add to basket" button.
A window with your shopping cart opens on the side, confirming your selection:
- If you are finished, click on the "View my cart" button
- If you want to add more items, continue browsing. Once all your items are added to the cart, you can click on cart at the top right to view a summary of your cart.
In this cart you can change the quantities of an item or delete it.
Once you have completed your selection, enter your email address and the password for your Roseanna account.
If you do not have a customer account, click on "Create your account"
Once you have entered your email address and password or created your account, choose your delivery address:
- by selecting it from your list of addresses already existing in your customer account
- or click on "Add a new address" to create a new address, if you do not have a registered address or if you wish to send your parcel to an address other than the existing one(s)
Then select your delivery method.
Then choose one of the payment methods offered.
Once your payment is validated, a confirmation of your order is displayed to you. You will also receive a confirmation of your order by email to the address you provided.
Your order is validated from the moment you see it appear in your “My Account” space.
A confirmation email is sent to you automatically once your order is validated. Please check your spam and junk mail if you have not received your email within a few minutes of its confirmation.
It is not possible to modify your order after it has been validated.
If upon receipt of your order an item does not suit you, you must return it to us within 30 days for a refund.

On the other hand, if your package has already been shipped, you will receive, for France, an e-mail from our carrier Colissimo the day before the delivery of your order. You will then have the possibility to choose a delivery to a Colissimo point.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Colissimo with the tracking number of your package.
You also have the possibility to follow the status of your order in your “My Account” area.
We only have one wish: that your Roseanna piece suits you. If despite all our quality controls your piece should have a small defect, we invite you to contact our Customer Service at contact@roseanna.fr.
Please remember to attach photos of your defective part to your message. This will help us provide you with the best possible solution.
When a product is on pre-order, simply add it to your basket by going to the product sheet for the part concerned, and clicking on the Pre-order button.
In your shopping cart, you will find a summary of your pre-order as well as the estimated delivery date, you just need to enter your delivery address and proceed to payment.
You will then receive an email confirming your pre-order.
Payment for all pre-orders is due at the time of purchase.
The estimated delivery date is shown on the product sheet of the pre-ordered part as well as in your basket at the time of purchase.
To return your pre-order, you have 30 days after receiving your order to return your items for a refund. Items with a detached label will not be eligible for return.
To benefit from your discount voucher or gift card, simply enter the code directly in the "Do you have a discount voucher?" box in your basket.
Your order will be prepared within 24 to 48 hours during normal periods. This period may be extended during busy periods (sales, private sales, etc.) and may be extended to 10 days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, we cannot commit to a specific delivery time (different depending on weather conditions, carrier strikes, etc.), however the normal delivery time is 48 to 72 hours.

It is not possible to modify your order after it has been validated.

If your package is returned to our warehouse, you will need to contact Customer Service at contact@roseanna.fr to let us know if you want a reshipment or a refund. Refunds are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Refund processing times are extended during the summer period, up to 15 working days.
If your order is being prepared, we invite you to contact our Customer Service as soon as possible by email at contact@roseanna.fr to find a solution.
On the other hand, for France if your package has already been shipped, you will receive an email from our carrier Colissimo the day before the delivery of your order. You will then have the possibility to choose a delivery to the Colissimo point.

As this is a pre-order, delivery times may be increased. You will then be notified by email.
When you choose deferred delivery, our logistics team prepares your order and holds its shipment until the desired date.

Orders placed online cannot be exchanged.
If you want a new size, another model or another color, simply reorder on our e-shop!
On your account, in your “My returns” area, you can download your return form.
You can also download it by clicking directly on the link you received by email following your return request.
If you do not have a printer available, once your return form has been validated on your customer account, we invite you to write the following information on plain paper: Your contact details, your return number / order number. You can also attach your invoice and specify that it is a return.
On your account, in your “My returns” area, you can download your prepaid label.
Please allow 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for our warehouse to process your return package. Refund processing times are extended during the summer period, up to 15 business days. You will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed.
In the case of a refund of an order paid in 3 installments without charge, the installments will be automatically interrupted as soon as your refund has been made.
For Customers who received their package in mainland France:
- If none of the returned products have been discounted (sales, private sale, preview, archive sale, round prices, or any other form of promotion): the return is free and can be made using the prepaid label available after editing the withdrawal form online on the Website: https://roseanna.fr/fr/fr/mon‐compte.
- If at least one of the returned products has been discounted (sales, private sale, preview, archive sale, round prices, or any other form of promotion) (excluding the "WELCOME10" coupon): the return costs are the responsibility of the customer for a fixed amount of €5.90. This return can be made using the prepaid label available after editing the withdrawal form online on the Website: https://roseanna.fr/fr/fr/mon‐compte. An amount of €5.90 will be deducted from the refund amount.
For returns made outside mainland France, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The products must be returned in their original packaging and wrapping which must have been opened properly, accompanied by the delivery note and/or the order form certifying that these are indeed Products purchased via the Website.

- Via Paypal for a cash payment or via Paypal Later for a payment in 4 installments (possible for a purchase amount between 30 and 2000€)
- Via Alma, our partner for payments in 3 installments without fees starting at €300 (excluding USA)

Invoices for your orders are available in your "My Account" customer area. Simply go to the "My Order History" tab and click on the PDF of your invoice.
Our site allows you to benefit from automatic tax exemption if you reside in Switzerland.
If you live in England, please send us an email to contact@roseanna.fr to make your tax refund request.
To create your Roseanna account:
- Click on the “My Account” space at the top right of the home page on your computer, or at the bottom of the menu from your mobile.
- Enter the requested information and validate.
You can find your order history from your customer account in the “My orders” section.
You have the possibility to request a new password. Simply go to the following page: https://roseanna.fr/fr/fr/connexion?back=index and click on "Forgotten password?", then follow the procedure received by email.
You can save and modify your delivery addresses so that you do not have to re-enter them when placing your order, or delete them. To do this, go to your “My Account” area and then to the “ My Addresses ” tab.
To receive our Newsletter, simply go to your “My Account” area and check the “Subscribe to the newsletter” box.
If you don't have a Roseanna account, you can register here to be the first to discover our new products.
If you no longer wish to receive our Newsletter, simply uncheck the “Subscribe to the newsletter” box in your “My account” area or click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each of our newsletters.

This action will result in the loss of your order history.
To be notified when a product in your size is back in stock, simply click on the size you want then "Notify me when the product is available" and enter your email address in the field provided.
Are you looking for an item from a current or previous collection?
For products currently online, you can search using the "Search" box. If it is a piece from an old collection and you know the name of the item, we can actually check if the item is still available. You can then place an order with our Customer Service directly by phone or by email at contact@roseanna.fr.
To keep your Roseanna clothes looking like new, simply refer to their care label. It will let you know what you can do, and especially what you should not do when washing or ironing.
